¹Cancel For Any Reason Waiver applies only if the Travel Protection Plan Plus is purchased within seven (7) days of your initial deposit for your trip. Payments made with miles and/or travel certificates will be refunded in the form of a travel certificate that will have an expiration date one year from the date of issuance of such travel certificate. All other payments refunded to original form of payment.

兑换条款及条件限制

• Travel certificate is valid for the value已注明 on the front of the travel certificate document, when redeemed toward the purchase of any Delta Vacations air and hotel package; air, hotel and car package; hotel only; or hotel and car or ground transportation package purchase.
• 旅行优惠券可以全额兑换，也可以分次兑换，不得超过优惠券的价值或余额。
• 如果预订价格高于旅行优惠券的价值，则需要通过其他方式支付余额以完成交易。
• 兑换旅行优惠券的旅行证件将通过预订过程中指定的递送方式签发和发送。
• 此旅行优惠券的购买金额将从余额中扣除，直到余额为零或旅行优惠券有效期到期，以最早时间为准。
• 旅行优惠券任何未使用的部分将不予退款或抵扣。
• 旅行优惠券不可用于团体预订、滑雪预订、礼品卡或其他旅行优惠券。
• 此旅行优惠券的有效期印在旅行优惠券文件的正面；旅行优惠券对在失效日期之前的付款有效。
• 不允许延长有效期，旅行优惠券不可充值。
• 旅行优惠券如有遗失、被窃或毁坏，恕不补发。
• 旅行优惠券如有涂改或出售则将失效，且不可转让、不可退款、不可兑换现金，没有转售价值，且仅供旅行优惠券文件正面所示的人使用。
• 旅行优惠券不具有追溯力，不能作为已全额付款的预订的替代付款方式。
• 如果取消使用旅行优惠券付款的预订，扣除适用的取消费用后的任何余额将退还至原始的旅行优惠券，并且须遵守原始旅行优惠券的所有条款（包括原始有效期）。
• 旅行优惠券不能用于兑换与旅行优惠券签发的原始旅行具有相同出发地和目的地以及相同出发和到达日期的达美假期预订。
• 必须通过达美假期兑换，不能通过达美航空公司或其网站delta.com兑换。
• 所有机票和旅行文件必须由达美假期签发。
• 标准条款及条件限制和取消政策适用，并已在预订过程中予以概述；其它限制条件适用。
• 达美度假服务部对这些规则拥有最终解释权，并保留在不预先通知的情况下对条款及条件限制作出更改的权利。
• 旅行社：旅行优惠券可以通过我们的旅行社网站或预订部门兑换。
