Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Delta Vacations strives to create an environment that encourages employee authenticity, prohibits discrimination of any kind, actively roots out unconscious bias within policies, procedures and interactions, while actively embracing all internal team members and external customers.
The Equity & Inclusion Council was established in 2020 and serves as a leadership body to champion the transformation of Delta Vacations into a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where both internal and external customers are valued regardless of their race, gender, age, religion or sexuality.
