我可以免费取消/更改我的航班吗？

Tickets originally purchased between 03月1日 and 12月31日, 2020, can be changed without a change fee* for up to a year** from the date you purchased it.

**Tickets purchased between 03月1日 and 04月17日, 2020, for travel before 03月31日, 2021, will be valid until 12月31日, 2022, and follow the “Existing Travel” guidelines outlined below.

For tickets purchased before 04月17日, 2020, traveling between 2020年03月1日, and 03月31日, 2021, the change fee is waived, and your ticket will be extended to rebook for travel until 12月31日, 2022.

If you purchased your ticket on or after 04月17日, 2020, our policy for "Travel Purchased Between 03月1日 and 12月31日, 2020" will apply.

**For international tickets to the United States purchased on or before 2021年1月25日 with departure dates between 01月12日 and 2021年2月16日, the change fee or Award redeposit fee will be waived. You can rebook your trip to the same destination for travel departing before 02月1日, 2021 with no difference in fare applied; however, a difference in fare will apply for travel rebooked to commence on or after 02月2日, 2021. In all other instances (including without limitation any change to the origin or departure airports, cabin or product), applicable fare difference will apply.  

For tickets purchased in 2021 (after expiration of our Peace-of-Mind Purchasing waiver for all travel purchased before 12月31日, 2020), we’ve eliminated change fees and Award redeposit fees permanently for travel within the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (excluding Basic Economy fares).

If you purchased a ticket or are traveling between 03月1日 and 12月31日, 2020, we are still waiving all change fees for customers – for both U.S. and international travel in all cabins.  Follow the “Existing Travel, Go to footer note” or “Travel Purchased 03月1日 – 12月31日, 2020, Go to footer note” guidelines outlined above.

**For international tickets to the United States purchased on or before 01月25日, 2021 with departure dates between 01月12日 and 02月16日, 2021, the change fee or Award redeposit fee will be waived. You can rebook your trip to the same destination for travel departing before 2021年02月1日 with no difference in fare applied; however, a difference in fare will apply for travel rebooked to commence on or after 02月2日, 2021. 在所有其他情况下（包括但不限于对始发或出发机场、机舱或产品的任何更改），将收取适用的价差。
