Our recommended vacation destinations below list the following COVID-19 requirements and restrictions:

• Open: No COVID-19 testing, vaccination or quarantine required for entry. For international travel, it is required to present a negative COVID-19 test to return to the U.S.
• Open with some restrictions*: Negative COVID-19 test results or vaccination are required for entry. For international travel, it is required to present a negative COVID-19 test to return to the U.S.
• Restricted/Closed: If borders are open to U.S. travelers at this time, entry may require pre-travel and in-destination COVID-19 tests to visit; in most cases, a quarantine is required.
