Any lawsuit or other legal proceeding arising from, relating to, or touching upon in any way your Unauthorized Use of the site shall be brought, if at all, only in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia or, if that Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction, the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.
